We’re the Allan family, and we’re so excited to have you here. We’d love to share with you about Crystalbrook Retreat, our vision and plans for the community and how you can buy your own piece of our paradise so you can live here too.

Our Vision
Our vision is to have Crystalbrook Retreat as a community of healers, teachers, spiritually-minded people, families, and people who are passionate about natural living.
Part of Crystalbrook Retreat has been reserved for a retreat centre, to be run by Leonie Allan, that will be used for workshops and retreats. A meditation labyrinth and crystal grid has already been created at Crystalbrook Retreat, and we are working with the animals, trees and energies of the land to create a joyful, positive place for people to live.
How you can be a part
You can buy your own part of Crystalbrook Retreat and create your own sanctuary here. Blocks available for sale range in shape and size from 5-15 acres and include rainforest, woodland, bushland, watercourses and open land including areas for council approved house sites.
About Crystalbrook Retreat
The retreat is nestled against the Clark Ranges, near Proserpine and Airlie Beach in the beautiful Whitsundays.
Crystalbrook Retreat is a special place – it is a haven for native wildlife including the endangered Proserpine Rock Wallaby, butterflies, lizards, possums and gliders. The land also includes abundant birdlife including rainbow lorikeets, kingfishers, kookaburras, parrots, honeyeaters and rosellas.
We have seasonal natural watercourses, a healthy ecosystem and untouched virgin fertile rich black soil. Native vegetation includes Moreton Bay Ash, Ironbark, Bloodwood and Gums.
You’ll be able to grow your own vegetables, create orchards, be hobby farmers or provide habitat for wildlife.
We’re really excited to be able to open up our farm for other people to share in, and we’ll be giving the first two buyers at Crystalbrook Retreat free 70,000 litres watertanks to help them get settled in.
